DontSuckAtMeetings.com Apple®iPad®Giveaway Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. U.S. residents only. Employees within SalesCrunch, Inc. are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

ENTRY

No purchase necessary to participate in the giveaway. To enter, you must complete the following steps between April 9, 2012 and May 31, 2012:

• Visit www.dontsuckatmeetings.com and login with your Facebook or Twitter account.
• Submit your most awful meeting experience--from the ineffectual to the costly to the downright humiliating.
• You are limited to ten (10) entries for the giveaway.

PRIZE AND SELECTION OF WINNER

One (1) Winner will be selected from the valid entries based on the highest number of "likes" from between April 9, 2012 and May 31st, 2012. The minimum number of "likes" to be eligible to win the Prize is twenty-five (25). The Winner will be announced on the DontSuckAtMeetings Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/dontsuckatmeetings) on June 8th, 2012. If the Winner does not respond within five (5) days, he or she will forfeit the Prize and the entry with the next most "likes" will be deem the Winner. The Prize is a16GB Apple iPad. The Sponsor will ship the Prize to the Winner within 30 days of the announcement date and will be responsible for shipping fees. The Winner is responsible for any and all fees associated with activating and using the Prize. The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local tax liability arising from the award of a Prize or participation in the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another Prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is not available for any reason.

By submitting your entry, you agree and consent to DontSuckAtMeetings.com use and publication of your entry, your name (as stated by you in your Facebook or Twitter account), and your likeness without any further compensation. By submitting an entry, you affirm and acknowledge that the giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
